Q - I haven not received my item(s)?

 

A - Please wait 14 days after the item(s) was dispatched, during that time contact the seller/trader about your concerns and ask if they could track the item(s) for you.

 

 

Q - The seller/trader has not replied to my messages about my item(s)?

 

A - Please wait 2-3 days for the seller/trader to respond to your message about the item(s), if you have not received a response within 2-3 days request for a refund from the seller/trader.


 

Q - The item(s)I purchased is damaged or does not work?

 

A - Please ensure you have read the item(s)description before purchasing, contact the seller/trader of the problem of the item(s)you have purchased and see if it can resolved by requesting a refund or another copy of the item(s).

 


Q - The item(s)I purchased is the wrong item(s)?

 

A - If you purchased an item(s) but have the wrong description contact the seller/trader about your concerns and request for a refund or another copy.

 

 

Q - Wrong item(s) and no reply from the seller?

 

A - Please allow 2-3 days for a response from the seller/trader, if no contact is made then contact us so we can resolve the situation for you.

 

 

Q - I purchased a game from the seller/trader but the disc is missing?

 

A - Please read the item(s) description before purchasing, contact the seller/trader of your concerns and request a refund or another copy, if it's not resolved then contact us.

 

 

Q - Purchased a game with missing disc and no reply from seller/trader?

 

A - Please allow 2-3 days for the seller/trader to contact you about your concerns, if they don't contact you within 2-3 days inform us and we will deal with the situation for you.

Q - I sold an item(s) but have not received the money?

 

A - Please state in your item(s) description how long you are given the buyers to purchase your item(s), if you still have not received the money from the buyer then contact the buyer about your concerns and if the provides no reply then cancel the transaction.

 

 

Q - I have received abusive, racism comments from a buyer?

 

A - If a buyer has sent you a message that includes abusive, racist, violent words please inform us ASAP and we will deal with the situation personally.

 

 

Q - I sold an item(s) which is being tracked by courier and it says it was sent to the buyer and he/she says it hasn't come?

 

A - Please contact the courier you are with and ask them to track the item(s) with a tracking number, confirm both addresses and contact the buyer the proof, and contact us about the situation if not resolved.

 

 

Q - I traded an item(s) but have not received it?

 

A - Please read the description of the delivery date on the item(s) description, if it’s past its date then contact the trader to resolve the issue.

 

 

Q - I received the item(s) I traded but with missing parts?

 

A - Please read the item(s) description before trading, contact the trader about your concerns to resolve the situation.
